We are looking for a Clinic Assistant / Clinic Receptionist to join our clinic team.
Job Responsibilities:
Register patients & handle phone & walk-in enquiries
Dispense medication & collecting payments
Arrange/Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
Assist doctor during simple procedures
Submit CHAS/PG/HSG/Medisave/managed-care insurance claims
Maintain cleanliness & order in clinic
Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Manager
Requirements:
Minimum GCE “O” Levels qualification or equivalent.
Full-time: Able to commit up to 44 hours per week
Part-time: Flexible working schedule
Willing to work occasional additional shifts and cover colleagues’ shifts when available
Willingness to learn. No experience required — training provided
Basic computer skill and good customer service skills
Collaborative and good team player
Preference for Locals (Singaporean & PR)
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
