We are looking for Sales Executive to join our Penang Client Brand Marketing team! You will represent Malaysia’s leading media ecosystem, selling a powerful mix of Print, Digital, Radio, and Events - acting as the strategic link between big brands and our diverse audience, turning creative ideas into high-impact advertising solutions. This is a high-octane "hunter" role designed for a sales professional who thrives on building elite client relationships and crushing revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Portfolio and actively promote and sell the full Star Media Group suite.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned agencies and direct clients, developing custom action plans to ensure continuous spending and growth.
• Act as the face of the brand at client launches and functions, building deep-rooted trust and ensuring Star Media Group is always the preferred partner.
• Stay one step ahead by monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, providing rapid feedback to the team to maintain our market leadership.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven success in Media, Sales, Business Development, or Digital Advertising.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to think strategically about a client’s brand.
• Comfortable with digital advertising trends and standard computer literacy.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage projects and hit monthly sales KPIs.
