ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Lead to support the Head of Compliance in maintaining a robust regulatory compliance framework and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. This role will partner closely with stakeholders across the business to manage regulatory change, provide compliance advisory, oversee regulatory obligations, and strengthen governance and privacy practices.

SCOPE OVERVIEW

• Monitor and assess regulatory developments and coordinate implementation of regulatory changes across the organisation.
• Maintain oversight of regulatory obligations and support compliance monitoring activities.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions, notifications, inspections and regulatory engagements.
• Manage regulatory issues, compliance incidents and remediation activities.
• Provide practical, risk-based compliance advice to business and support functions.
• Support the Company's privacy and data protection framework, including PDPA-related matters.
• Prepare compliance reports and papers for Management, Board Committees and the Board.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, governance or audit within the financial services sector.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to provide pragmatic, risk-based advice and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
