About the role

This role involves managing daily customer enquiries across multiple online channels including WhatsApp and TikTok . You will assist customers with product questions, orders, delivery updates, returns, refunds and after-sales matters, while working closely with the warehouse and operations team to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer enquiries through WhatsApp, TikTok Shop, Shopee and other online channels

  • Assist customers with product questions, orders, delivery updates, returns, refunds and after-sales matters

  • Follow up with customers to make sure their issues are handled properly

  • Work closely with the warehouse and operations team to resolve customer issues

  • Handle customer complaints calmly and provide suitable solutions based on company guidelines

  • Keep customer information and case updates organised and accurate

  • Identify common customer issues and report them to the team for improvement

  • Assist the packing team with basic packing and order fulfilment tasks when required, especially during busy periods

About you

  • Good communication skills and a friendly attitude

  • Patient and comfortable dealing with different types of customers

  • Able to handle complaints and difficult situations professionally

  • Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions

  • Able to manage multiple customer enquiries at the same time

  • Basic computer skills and comfortable using online platforms

  • Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is an advantage

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
