Duties & Responsibilities1. Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Develop engaging and visually compelling designs for both digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, e-commerce platforms, emailers, campaigns, advertisements, packaging and marketing materials.
- Translate creative briefs, campaign objectives and marketing messages into effective visual concepts.
- Develop creative concepts, key visuals and campaign assets that align with CLEF’s brand identity, positioning and values.
- Ensure all creative materials are visually consistent and meet established brand guidelines.
- Prepare final artwork and production-ready files according to platform and printing requirements.
2. Creative & Campaign Development
- Stay updated on design, beauty, lifestyle, social media and market trends to identify fresh creative directions and opportunities.
- Develop creative and branding angles that support the organisation’s vision, campaigns and business objectives.
- Contribute creative ideas for product launches, promotional campaigns, social media content and other marketing initiatives.
- Think both creatively and strategically to develop visuals that capture attention and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify visual trends and opportunities to strengthen brand exposure.
3. Photoshoot & Video Production
- Support and lead the visual direction of photoshoots and video productions, including concept development, moodboards, styling direction and on-site execution where required.
- Ensure photography and video content maintains a strong and consistent visual direction across campaigns and platforms.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, models, stylists, creators and other external parties when required.
4. Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content, E-Commerce and Creative teams to understand campaign requirements and ensure visual alignment across platforms.
- Collaborate with third-party designers, creators, photographers and production vendors when required.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback into design deliverables.
- Maintain organised files, design assets, templates and brand resources for easy access and future use.
5. Brand Consistency & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all CLEF touchpoints and customer-facing materials.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with CLEF’s brand guidelines, tone and overall creative direction.
- Continuously explore new design techniques, tools, formats and creative approaches to improve the quality and effectiveness of brand communications.
- Perform other creative and design-related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Creative Design or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience; fresh graduates with a strong and relevant portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro or other motion/video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, composition and visual storytelling.
- Strong creative sense with good attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Experience in developing creative assets for social media, e-commerce and digital marketing is preferred.
- Photography, videography or art direction experience will be an added advantage.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, lifestyle, fashion and digital content.
- Able to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into strong visual concepts.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Creative, proactive, organised and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
