• Event Management, Business Studies, Marketing, Arts Management, Mass Communication, Sports Management Or other related fields.
• Will focus on various type of events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
•  Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding duties when required 
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, develop strategic campaign and execute marketing activities and events.
• Identify, reach out, build and maintain good relationship with related parties such as organization, event organiser, third-party personnel, agencies, media houses, collaborative brands etc.
• Execute & lead campaigns/activities/event according to the calendar and schedule.
• Monitor campaigns/activities/event’s development and activities.
• Coordinate and implement various marketing and promotional strategies.
• Feedback of the industries such as competitor doings, explore and suggest potential athletes/influencer, and new idea to improve the brands’ community scene.
• Have a good understand of fitness and sports industry, at the same time passionate and active in the field.
• Working closely with sales and marketing team in planning the campaigns/activities/event.
• Able to travel local and outstation with own vehicle.
