Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming inventory, as well as picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to clients. The role includes operating warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, while following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment. The Warehouse Associate will also assist with inventory checks, labeling, and ensuring accurate documentation for all shipping and receiving activities. Collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and delivery schedules is expected.
Qualifications

• Experience in shipping & receiving, including verifying deliveries, documenting inventory, and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Proficiency in packing and unloading tasks, with attention to product handling, accuracy, and safety.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklift trucks and pallet jacks (relevant certifications are an advantage).
• Basic knowledge of warehouse inventory systems and ability to use handheld scanners or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes and materials as required for warehouse operations.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred; secondary education or equivalent work experience is beneficial.
