JOB OPENING FOR HSE ADMINISTRATOR

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
• Experience in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) inventory management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Experience as an OSH coordinator is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with internship or industrial training experience matching the below JD are encouraged to apply.

Job Description:

• Manage workers' induction registration.
• Maintain inventory of PPE and other safety tools; ensure adequate stock through timely orders.
• Coordinate with clients for site-specific requirements; handle email correspondence between safety managers and clients.
• Ensure documents required for ISO compliance are complete and up-to-date in the system; notify system owners of any missing or outdated documents.
• Issue Safety Induction IDs for workers.
• Register workers for client sites and provide necessary documentation for registration and training.
• Take minutes and draft SHC (Safety, Health, and Environment Committee) meeting minutes.
• Participate in audits with SHC and update audit records.
• Maintain control of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) master document lists.
• Conduct General Workplace Inspections when required.
• Coordinate internal workers' and staff attendance for planned training and maintain their training records.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and contribute to the company's QHSE Management System.

Salary: RM1800 - RM2500

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
