Institutional Sales Manager

Fund Management

A fast-growing fund management firm is seeking an Institutional Sales Manager to expand its institutional client base and drive fundraising growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with institutional investors, private banks, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, external asset managers and distribution partners.
• Promote investment solutions across equities, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives and ESG strategies.
• Originate new mandates and grow assets under management by identifying and converting business opportunities.
• Partner with portfolio managers and investment specialists to present strategies, market insights and portfolio performance.
• Lead RFPs, due-diligence questionnaires and client presentations while coordinating with Product, Marketing, Compliance and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Seven to twelve years of institutional sales or business-development experience within asset or fund management.
• Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives and ESG strategies.
• Proven track record in institutional client acquisition, fundraising and relationship management.
• Strong commercial acumen, presentation skills and ability to develop new business opportunities.
