Kerja Sepenuh Masa Project Management Manager, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,800 di MIEN INTERIOR RENOVATION PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate construction, renovation and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules, quotations, material requirements and manpower plans.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate site activities and supervise contractors, workers and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve technical, site and project-related issues promptly.
• Manage variation works, additional works, project documentation and progress reports.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure materials are available according to project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works meet the required quality and safety standards.
• Provide regular updates to management and clients on project progress and issues.
• Lead and coordinate project team members to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee project handover, defect rectification and final completion.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation or interior fit-out project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination and project scheduling.
• Experience in managing subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Good understanding of project costing, quotations, procurement and variation works.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Relevant Singapore construction/WSH experience will be an advantage.
