Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Monthly Statement of Account (SOA)
• Prepare, compile, and arrange customer Statements of Account (SOA) at the beginning of each month.
• Cross-check outstanding balances against payments received and send monthly SOAs to customers for verification and payment follow-up.
• Daily Billing, Order Processing & e-Invoicing
• Receive incoming customer orders via WhatsApp and email, verify order details, and pass instructions to the packing team for fulfillment.
• Generate and open daily sales invoices for outgoing customer orders.
• Submit and verify e-invoices via the MyTax (MyInvois) portal, ensuring validated e-invoices are generated and distributed.
• Record and update customer payment entries in the system upon receipt.
• Delivery Verification & DO Transfer
• Check and verify returned invoices and Delivery Orders (DO) signed off by drivers/delivery teams.
• Process DO transfers and update fulfillment status in the internal system.
• Resolve any discrepancies regarding delivered items, returns, or signed DO copies.
• Supplier & Purchase Management
• Key in supplier purchase invoices and match purchase orders accurately into the system.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements against internal purchase records.
• Deal directly with suppliers to resolve billing discrepancies, missing invoices, or payment queries.
• General Admin Support
• Maintain organized digital and physical files for SOAs, validated e-invoices, DOs, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Assist management with basic administrative tasks and daily operational duties.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
