We are seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable Junior HR & Administrative Officer (3 Days/Week) to support our local team. In this foundational role, you will handle key HR operations, statutory government compliance, payroll processing, and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations as we scale. Fresh graduates and retirees looking for a flexible part-time arrangement are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities
HR & Operational Support: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintain confidential personnel records, prepare employment documents, and assist with candidate scheduling.
Payroll & Expense Processing: Execute pro-rated monthly payroll for local employees, issue itemized payslips in compliance with MOM standards, and manage leave and expense claims.
Government Submissions & Compliance: Manage monthly CPF contributions, statutory tax filings (IR8A/IR21), statutory benefit claims (Maternity, Paternity, Childcare Leave, NS Makeup Pay), and MOM work pass applications or renewals.
General Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor management, inventory of supplies, incoming mail/courier coordination, and ad-hoc administrative requests.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in basic HR, payroll, and admin operations.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Singapore Employment Act standards, CPF rules, and MOM work pass processes. Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR/payroll systems (e.g., Talenox, Swingvy) and government portals (MOM, CPF, NS portal)
