Job Summary
Drive business growth by developing new customers and securing lift installation projects while managing client relationships and coordinating project execution with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential customers to expand business opportunities in the lift industry
Source and secure new lift installation projects to contribute to company revenue growth
Build and sustain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Prepare detailed quotations and negotiate commercial terms to close deals effectively
Monitor and follow up on enquiries and potential projects to ensure timely conversion
Collaborate with project teams to align on project requirements and ensure smooth project execution
Work independently with self-motivation to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Requirements
Experience in sales or business development
Experience in the construction, lift, or engineering industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence client decisions
Good interpersonal skills to maintain positive customer relationships
