We're Hiring: Business Analyst!

Additional responsibilities:
 Liaise between the Customer's stakeholders (LSRA and ACD) and the
development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and
delivered
 Write and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria for the product
backlog
 Support product backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
 Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
 Lead, coordinate, and conduct training sessions for end users across LSRA
and ACD divisions, ensuring they are equipped to use SENTRA effectively

Additional experiences:
 Experience working in Agile teams, including writing user stories and
participating in sprint ceremonies
 Experience with tools like Confluence, JIRA, or similar product management
and documentation platforms is a plus
