Job description

Responsibility

• Produce & serve all drinks to brand standards & recipes.
• Develop new drinks for special occasions that are suitable for the theme.
• Responsible with beverage bar mise-en place, restocking and stock counting during opening and closing duties.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work section, tables, restaurant especially bar area, and all equipment used.
• To ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any faults as required.
• Minimize drinks ingredient wastages which include fruits, soda water and etc.
• Carry out any other reasonable duty to assist in the smooth running of the restaurant.

Requirement

• Qualifications: Minimum SPM/ STPM
• Experience: Barista Experience will be added advantage
• Required language(s): English
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and during Public Holidays
• Pleasant personality and team player who is highly independent self-motivated
• Great communication skills
• Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
