The Assistant Manager for Health Screening will support the Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure a seamless patient experience and adherence to all operational standards. This role involves coordinating across clinical, nursing, and administrative teams to enhance workflows and maintain service quality compliance.
Role & Responsibilities:
Ensure adequate manpower, resources and operational readiness for screening activities.
Monitor ground operations and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating significant matters to the Manager where required.
Ensure established workflows, SOPs and service standards are consistently followed.
Coordinate operational requirements across different teams and locations.
Requirements:
Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred
Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead operational teams
Strong understanding of health screening workflows and patient safety standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
