Accounts Cum Admin Executive
An Accounts cum Admin Executive handles a wide range of duties that combine financial record-keeping and general office administration to ensure smooth financial operations and efficient office management, requiring strong organizational skills and proficiency in accounting and office software.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals, also include handling of full set of accounts.
- Accounts Management: Handle accounts payable (invoices and payments) and accounts receivable (receipts).
- Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and monitor cash flow.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, and budgets for management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee general office administration, including managing office supplies, inventory, and facilities.
- Scheduling and Correspondence: Manage agendas, appointments, phone calls, emails, and letters.
- Filing and Documentation: Maintain proper filing systems for both financial and administrative documents.
- General Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management team and assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability: Being resourceful, proactive, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
