Company Description The National AI Educators Fellowship (NAiEF) is Malaysia’s first classroom implementation and evidence engine for AI-enabled teaching, focused on turning technology access into measurable instructional impact. NAiEF builds a pipeline of AI-capable educators through a structured five-tier pathway, supporting progression from foundational AI use to classroom practice and leadership at school, district, and national levels. The fellowship emphasizes teacher productivity, student STEM readiness, and equitable AI deployment across schools. Certification is strictly evidence-based, requiring educators to complete LMS modules and submit rubric-aligned proof of AI use with real students in a capstone sprint. NAiEF is developed with globally recognized partners such as Microsoft Learn and Cisco AI Academy and is aligned with leading international education frameworks, including UNESCO, OECD, and ISTE standards.
Role Description The Program Management Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of NAiEF’s fellowship activities and educator pathways. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Semenyih, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with program scheduling and logistics, tracking project milestones and deliverables, preparing documentation and reports, and helping maintain communication with fellows, partners, and internal stakeholders. The intern will contribute to data collection and basic analysis for program evaluation, support budgeting and resource tracking, and help streamline operational workflows across the fellowship tiers. The role also involves assisting in meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring that program activities align with NAiEF’s evidence-based and equitable AI deployment goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational Program Management and Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, coordinating timelines, and supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and basic budgeting abilities to assist with data tracking, monitoring program performance, and supporting resource allocation.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with educators, partners, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms) and demonstrate attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Relevant qualifications such as current enrollment in or completion of a degree in education, public policy, business, technology, or a related field are beneficial, as is an interest in AI in education and equity-focused initiatives.
