Role Description The Mathematics Teacher will deliver engaging, concept-focused mathematics lessons to students in an on-site setting in Puchong. This part-time role involves planning and conducting classes aligned with Mathlab’s philosophy of building both mathematical foundations and learner confidence. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, guiding students through tailored exercises, monitoring progress, and offering constructive feedback. The teacher will support students in developing problem-solving skills, encourage open-minded learning, and collaborate with the platform to improve teaching approaches. The role requires consistent on-site presence during scheduled teaching hours and occasional participation in meetings or training sessions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Mathematics and, ideally, a background in Mathematics Education.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design effective learning experiences.
• Candidates should be a Qualified Teacher with relevant teaching credentials or equivalent teaching experience.
• Candidates should demonstrate clear communication skills, patience, and the ability to support students of varying competence levels.
• Candidates with experience in individualized or competency-based learning, and familiarity with educational technology, will be highly beneficial.
• Candidates should be able to work part-time on-site in Puchong and maintain a learner-centered, confidence-building teaching approach.
