• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting software such as SQL Accounting. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to handle the company’s day-to-day finance and accounting activities. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain proper accounting records.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for audits.
• Assist with tax-related documentation and submissions.
• Monitor cash flow and daily banking transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, and customers when required.
• Support other finance and accounting tasks assigned by management.
