Reports To: Head of Content & Education

As a Content Manager, you will own and optimise MORROW's digital channels across social media, video, community and search platforms. You'll ensure our content reaches the right audiences, drives engagement, generates leads, and contributes meaningfully to business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning content into results through strong channel management, audience engagement, data analysis, and continuous optimisation.

Manage MORROW's Digital Channels

You'll oversee the day-to-day management of MORROW's digital presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and Google Business Profile.

This includes:

• Ensuring channels remain accurate, current, organised, and professionally maintained
• Monitoring platform health, channel performance, and audience activity
• Maintaining consistency across all customer-facing digital channels

Own Content Publishing & Distribution

You'll manage the content publishing calendar and ensure content is distributed effectively across all platforms.

This includes:

• Scheduling and publishing approved content
• Managing thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, links, hashtags and captions
• Coordinating publishing timelines with internal stakeholders
• Ensuring platform-specific optimisation and best practices are applied

Manage YouTube & Video Channels

You'll be responsible for ensuring MORROW's video content is properly organised, published, and optimised.

This includes:

• Uploading and organising videos and Shorts
• Managing playlists, thumbnails, chapters and descriptions
• Supporting video discoverability and audience growth
• Monitoring video performance and engagement

Community & Reputation Management

You'll help build positive relationships with our audience and ensure timely engagement across channels.

This includes:

• Monitoring comments, reviews, DMs and mentions
• Responding to routine enquiries in line with approved guidelines
• Escalating customer service, clinical or reputational concerns when required
• Maintaining a positive and professional brand presence

Manage Google Business Profile & Reviews

You'll ensure our Google presence remains active and well-maintained.

This includes:

• Managing business information and updates
• Monitoring and tracking reviews
• Coordinating responses with relevant stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen local visibility

Performance Reporting & Insights

You'll turn data into actionable insights that drive better channel performance.

This includes:

• Preparing weekly and monthly reporting
• Tracking visibility, reach, engagement, audience growth and lead generation
• Monitoring website traffic and channel contribution
• Identifying trends, opportunities and performance gaps

Optimise Channel Performance

You'll continuously improve results through testing and optimisation.

This includes:

• Evaluating content formats, publishing timing and distribution strategies
• Testing titles, thumbnails, captions and platform-specific tactics
• Identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
• Recommending improvements based on audience behaviour and performance data

• 5 to 6 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, community management, content operations, or channel management
• Strong understanding of major social and digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile

·       Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, education or lifestyle brands is advantageous

• Experience using analytics and reporting tools to track performance and guide decisions
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills
• Curious, proactive and commercially minded
• Experience managing YouTube channels, community engagement, or digital growth initiatives is a plus
