Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that promote Rapid Skill Up’s courses and brand. Day-to-day activities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, and monitoring campaign performance across paid and organic platforms.

The role involves using web analytics tools to track key metrics, generating performance reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with content creators, product teams, and leadership to align campaigns with business goals, maintain consistent messaging, and identify new opportunities for online growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, including experience with campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Social Media Marketing, including managing platforms, audience engagement, and content scheduling.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and SEO/SEM best practices is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
