Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead the sales and support team in daily retail operations

2. Monitor stock display, cleanliness, and overall store appearance according to company standards

3. Drive sales performance to meet or exceed branch targets

4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally

5. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Sales-oriented with good product knowledge and customer handling ability.

• Organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic POS systems.
