JOB SUMMARY

· Experience in Full Set of Accounts

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable

· To ensure that payments are made in a timely manner, in the correct amount, are authorized and approved by the relevant authorities.

· To exercise due care in ensuring payments are made for bona-fide expenses and to bona-fide parties.

· To ensure strict compliance to the departmental SOP and internal controls.

· To ensure all relevant reconciliation exercises are completed in a timely manner and pro-active in resolving issues highlighted in the reconciliation.

Credit Control

· Implementation of effective credit retrievable procedure to ensure proper monitoring of outstanding company debtors.

· Verify documentation and evaluate & propose recommendation of credit applications.

· Review and release orders on credit hold after verifying justification from relevant parties.

· Attend to credit enquires and issue credit letters as well as accounts reconciliation and crediting of accounts.

General Ledger/Management Reporting

· To ensure, monitor and control the accurate, complete and timely recording of relevant financial transactions of the Company.

· To safeguard the integrity of the accounting database (both softcopy and physical database).

· To provide data and monthly analysis on the major cost components of the Company.

· To ensure strict compliance to the departmental SOPP and internal controls.

Accounts Receivable/Billing

· Involve in collection function

· Preparation for inter-bank fund transfers

· Produce high standard of billing

· Update Account Receivables records

· Assist in preparing Billing Reports

· Issue Invoice to customer

AUTHORITY

· None

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION

· Have theory and practical knowledge in handling full sets of accounts

· Computer literate

· Experience using ERP accounting system

· Good spoken and written in English and B. Malaysia

· Possessed Degree qualification in Accounting or Finance

· Minimum 3 years in related field

· Ability to work independently; multi-tasking and working under pressure
