GRAND SPEKTRA (M) SDN BHD is a leading electrical switchboard manufacturer specializing in Main Switchboards, Distribution Boards, Metal Enclosures, MCC Panels, and other electrical solutions.

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive / Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities with M&E consultants, contractors, developers, and other industry professionals.
• Build and expand the company's client network and market presence.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets and deadlines.
• Handle work-related pressure professionally and effectively.
• Travel as required to the East Coast, Johor Bahru, and Kuala Lumpur.

Job Requirements

• 6–7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the electrical switchboard manufacturing or M&E industry.
• Strong existing network and connections with M&E consultants, contractors, developers, and industry professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with strong business development skills.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
• Willing to travel for business and work assignments.
