We are seeking a AI Engineer (Pro Code) to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions and custom applications. This role is ideal for passionate software engineers who love coding, solving complex technical challenges, and transforming innovative ideas into scalable AI-powered products. You will work extensively with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Python, C#/.NET, and modern web technologies to create intelligent applications that solve real business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

What You'll DoAI Solution Development

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and services using Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI technologies.
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, and Azure OpenAI models into real-world business processes and digital workflows.

Pro-Code Application Development

• Develop custom web applications, portals, and backend services using Python, C#/.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performing code while ensuring application quality and scalability.

API & Integration Engineering

• Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs that connect AI services, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Build integrations that enable seamless communication across multiple platforms and business applications.

AI Feature Engineering

• Implement advanced AI capabilities such as:
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Prompt Engineering
• Intelligent Document Processing
• Conversational AI Agents
• Predictive and Generative AI Features
• Leverage Azure AI services to create intelligent, context-aware user experiences.

System Architecture & Optimization

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures on Microsoft Azure.
• Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

Innovation & Prototyping

• Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate new use cases.
• Rapidly prototype innovative solutions that transform manual processes into intelligent and automated systems.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with consultants, solution architects, project teams, and customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design decisions.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Apply software engineering best practices including:
• Version Control (Git)
• Testing and Quality Assurance
• Code Reviews
• CI/CD Pipelines
• Continuously evaluate new tools, frameworks, and AI capabilities to drive technical excellence.

Who You Are

• Strong programming capability with hands-on experience in Python and/or C#/.NET.
• Familiar with modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals including:
• Data Structures
• Algorithms
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Clean Code Principles
• Experience building full-stack or backend applications and working with APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, or AI agent frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for technology and innovation.
• Effective communicator who works well across cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of delivering results independently.
• Curious, responsible, and improvement-oriented — humble, hungry, smart.

Certifications (Nice to Have)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
• Other AI, software engineering, or cloud-related certifications.
