Responsibilities

• Manage company or division operations to enhance efficiency and increase profitability
• Lead and supervise staff and lower-level managers to achieve operational objectives
• Oversee budget planning and control to meet financial targets
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Communicate clearly and courteously in verbal and written forms with employees and guests to ensure understanding and positive relations
• Listen actively and clarify concerns from employees and guests to resolve issues effectively
• Prioritize and multitask departmental functions to meet deadlines and operational demands
• Anticipate, identify, prevent, and solve operational problems to maintain smooth workflows
• Analyze complex information and data from multiple sources to support informed decision-making
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information in all activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
