Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries, sales support requests, and quotation preparation for air and ocean freight shipments.

Manage import, export, cross-trade, oversized cargo, and cross-border trucking enquiries and arrangements.

Coordinate with internal departments, customers, overseas agents, operations teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Liaise with carriers, airlines, shipping line, agents for booking and shipment updates

Prepare competitive pricing, RFQs, and freight solutions based on customer and project requirements.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of shipping documents, reports, and customer records.

Support key accounts by responding to service requests and resolving shipment-related issues promptly.

Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions

Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction by following standard procedures and preventing recurring issues.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or sales support.

Knowledgeable of air freight, sea freight, import, export, or cross-trade shipment procedures.

Good communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pace
