About the Role

CSC Screen Process Supplies Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a HR & Admin Junior Executive to join our team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant HR and administrative experience who are keen to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR and administrative operations
  • Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly followed
  • Maintain employee records, leave records and internal HR databases
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, contracts and new hire documents
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR and administrative policies
  • Handle employee enquiries on HR-related matters
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information
  • Coordinate with external vendors such as IT, insurance and other service providers
  • Maintain and support the company’s ISO QMS documentation and records
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and employee turnover data
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are properly maintained

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of HR & Admin experience
  • Fresh graduates from related fields are encouraged to apply
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
