Kerja Sepenuh Masa Junior Account Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,300 di International Leadership & Entrepreneurship Cooperative (ILC) Selangor - Maukerja

• Prepare and submit customer invoices
• Record receipt payments for as mentioned companies
• Prepare and coordinate deposits activities
• Perform all necessary accounts, bank and other reconciliations
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
• Check, verify and process invoices
• Prepare payments for authorization and approval
• Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
• Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
• Verify taxes and other deductions
• Check payroll that has been done by HR and double check in Bank
• Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
• Assist in month end reporting procedures
• Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks
• Liaise with other departments/customers/suppliers for financial data required
• Liaise with the outsider supplier for any office problem – lift maintenance
• Handling staff claim, petty cash and guidance for staff problem in submission
• Liaise with the Auditor for Audit seasons
• Support Event as required by another department

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
