Position Summary:
We are seeking two Sandwich Artists to join our team. The role involves greeting & serving guests, preparing products, maintaining food safety & hygiene practices, and handling light paperwork. Exceptional guest service is key component of this position. Experience in an F&B environment is preferred.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Greet & serve guests with a cheerful & helpful manner while preparing their orders.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items & accurately explain them to guests.
Use Point of Sales system / cash register to record orders & handle payments.
Perform Cash-In Procedure, accounting for all forms of money & inventory during the shift.
Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
Check & restock product in the sandwich unit area to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
Adhere to proper food handling, safety & hygiene practices during food preparation, service, and clean-up.
Clean & maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image, following the Wash, Rinse, and Sanitize method of cleaning.
Adhere to all quality standards, formulas & procedures as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual.
Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual
Perform paperwork duties as assigned
Complete University of Subway courses as directed
Requirements for Full Time:
Able to work 6 days a week (including weekends & PH)
Able to work on rotating shifts (opening/ closing)
Requirements for Part Timers:
Able to work 4 days a week
Able to work on rotating shifts (opening/ closing)
