The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing professional beauty advice, product demonstrations, and personalized customer service to help clients select suitable skincare products. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Assess customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products based on their preferences and skin type.

Provide beauty tips, product knowledge, and after-sales advice to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve individual and store sales targets while promoting new launches and campaigns.

Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock levels.

Handle customer queries and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and company promotions.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-up services and client databases.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field (certification in Beauty, Cosmetics, or related field is an advantage).

Prior experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is preferred.

Strong interest and passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.

Professional appearance with good personal grooming.

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
