Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project & Service Engineer located in Puchong. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting field service operations, and providing technical support to clients. Responsibilities also include performing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring equipment operates efficiently, and maintaining strong communication with team members and customers to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Experience in Field Service activities
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
• Knowledge of Technical Support processes and methodologies
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks to ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Ability to work in a team with excellent interpersonal skills
• Educational background in Engineering or relevant technical field
• Experience in the relevant industry is an added advantage
