Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a Backend C++ Developer on a fixed-term contract (FTC) basis in Singapore. The role is part of the Sales & Trading Technology function and involves supporting applications and systems built using C++, .NET, Kafka, KDB+, and Python
Job Description
Design, develop, test, and maintain backend C++ components for sales and trading applications.
Develop and enhance applications using
C++, .
NET, Kafka, KDB+, and Python across the technology stack.
Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in trading systems and applications.
Collaborate with trading desks, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable technology solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Contribute to application performance, system reliability, stability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide production support, investigate incidents, and implement appropriate solutions to resolve technical issues.
The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience in C++ software development or a related field.
