Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Project Executive - Coordinator di EAST COAST COMMUNICATIONS SDN BHD Terengganu - Maukerja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of ongoing projects and activities.
• Work closely with internal teams, clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project timelines, deliverables and requirements to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, documentation and progress updates.
• Follow up on pending matters and coordinate actions with relevant parties.
• Identify potential issues, delays or risks and escalate them to the relevant management.
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation.
• Assist in resolving project-related and operational issues.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management or a similar role.
• Experience in the telecommunications, construction or engineering industry is an added advantage.
• Strong coordination, organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
