Job Summary
Lead and supervise civil and structural site works to ensure compliance with statutory codes and project requirements, driving quality control and progress reporting for complex construction projects.
Responsibilities
Lead civil and structural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(S), QP(Geo), project consultants, and FUI owners to ensure compliance and quality
Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to oversee site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting
Organize and coordinate site activities to meet project timelines and standards
Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage site teams effectively and resolve issues promptly
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 8 years of relevant civil and structural engineering experience, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar size and complexity
Possess a civil and structural engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES and ACES
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in major construction works involving buildings, structural steel works, and drainage
Supervision experience in long-span steel roof projects (more than 40m span), preferably for T5A roof
