Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Production Supervisor di Kossan Latex Industries (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Job Requirement:

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or related certification or SPM with experience in Glove Manufacturing

- At least 1 – 2 years’ of working experience in manufacturing.

- Have basic machine operation skills

- Knowledge in process control, products quality, maintenance skill and adequate supervisory skill.

- Possess good communication skill.

- Good communication and leadership qualities

- Must be able to work shift

- Systematic and positive problem-solving approach.

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Responsibility:

- Daily man power arrangement

- Conduct shift changeover briefing

- To ensure general workers follow the process SOP

- To closely monitor part quality inspection result. Analyse the defects and act immediately

- To ensure all the machine parameters and chemical dossing follow the standard. Take action immediately if any abnormal detected

- Responsible to record all the registered and required process control forms

- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) including cleaning tanks, trays, ovens, press guide, and holder track; checking blower belting and insulation blankets; and repairing/painting rusty parts.

- Perform frequent line petrol in the shift to monitor and identify for any abnormalities in machine and process.

-Responsible to present shift performance report to superior daily in the production meeting.

-Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time
