About the role

Monitor daily production activities to ensure work progresses according to the approved production schedule. Plan, assign, and supervise daily manpower deployment, including monitoring subcontractors' work for quality, productivity, and progress.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure work progresses according to the approved production schedule

• Plan, assign, and supervise daily manpower deployment, including monitoring subcontractors' work for quality, productivity, and progress

• Ensure all precast production complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements, including reinforcement, concrete works, machinery, and material arrangements

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings and material specifications

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant regulatory authorities to facilitate inspections and resolve project-related matters

• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies throughout the production process

About you

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 2-3 years' post-graduation experience in construction or precast works

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

• Able to work in Senai or Layang-layang near to Sedenak johor
