Job position: Student Management Support Staff

Salary range: $2800-$3300

Name of Authority: BUKIT TIMAH PRIMARY SCHOOL

Contract Period: From 14 September 2026 to 30 November 2027

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Certain training sessions or briefing sessions that are conducted during school holidays or after school sessions.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, school holidays, gazetted public holidays and gazetted school holidays for primary schools (Children’s Day, Youth Day, Teachers’ Day)

Requirements:
The Personnel shall minimally have the following:

• Must be registered with Ministry of Education (REMS) as of ITQ closing date and remain registered throughout the contract period
• Academic qualification: at least Diploma
• Pleasant disposition and people-oriented
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Prior work experience with students in schools will be an added advantage
• Experience in counselling, behaviour management, case management or restorative practices will be an advantage.

Job Scopes:
The Services required are set out as follows:

• Investigate cases of student misconduct and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate case records using the school case tracking sheet and monitor follow-up.
• Facilitate student reflection and reconciliation sessions.
• Conduct regular check-ins with identified students and support teachers in implementing intervention plans.
• Coordinate Recess Suspension and In-School Suspension duties.
• Compile relevant reports and statistics and provide other administrative and operational support for Student Management.
