FICO Consultant
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced FICO Consultant with 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in delivering successful projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Group Reporting, and Budgeting within SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery:
  • Lead and manage the implementation of SAP FICO modules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Product Costing:
  • Develop and implement robust product costing solutions to accurately reflect production costs.
  • Work closely with production and financial teams to ensure accurate cost calculations and reporting.
• Profitability Analysis (COPA):
  • Configure and manage Profitability Analysis (COPA) to provide detailed insights into profitability at various levels.
  • Analyze profitability reports to guide decision-making and improve business performance.
• Group Reporting:
  • Design and manage group reporting processes to consolidate financial data across multiple entities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting:
  • Develop budgeting models and integrate them with SAP FICO to support accurate financial planning.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
  • 8 to 10 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with a strong focus on Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Group Reporting, and Budgeting.
  • Proven track record in delivering SAP FICO projects across various industries.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficient in SAP FICO modules, including configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and cost management.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
