Job Summary

Support transportation and logistics operations by coordinating shipments, tracking delivery status, maintaining records, and following quality and safety standards to meet customer commitments and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Review internal metrics and KPIs to understand how daily activities impact operational performance
• Follow established transportation and logistics processes to ensure consistent service delivery
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve service performance, efficiency, or cost-effectiveness
• Support quality and operational standards by adhering to documented procedures and quality management system (QMS) requirements
• Coordinate and arrange domestic shipments to meet customer delivery commitments and service-level targets
• Track shipments and communicate status, delays, or delivery issues to internal stakeholders promptly
• Maintain accurate transportation records within company systems for operational transparency
• Collaborate with carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams to resolve routine shipment and logistics issues daily
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company operational policies in all logistics and transportation activities
• Use established procedures to resolve routine transportation and logistics issues and escalate complex problems appropriately
• Analyze operational data under guidance to identify solutions and contribute to team objectives
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, carriers, warehouse personnel, and stakeholders to ensure task completion
