Job Summary

You will lead and manage all operational aspects of a hairdressing shop, driving sales and service performance while inspiring and guiding your team to achieve business targets. This role requires delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment with a professional service approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate shop staff to achieve sales and service targets through effective team management and coaching
• Manage daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal customer service delivery
• Drive sales performance by implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
• Deliver professional and consistent service standards to maintain high customer retention and positive brand reputation
• Adapt to fast-paced work conditions while maintaining passion and commitment to customer service excellence
• Follow and adhere to the established work schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required
• Collaborate with supervisors and accept guidance to continuously improve shop operations and service quality

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 10 years of hairdressing experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications
