Job Description
- Meet clients to understand their renovation needs, preferences and budget.
- Prepare interior design concepts, space planning and layout drawings.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D drawings and design presentations.
- Prepare renovation quotations and material selections.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and site workers.
- Conduct site measurements and site inspections.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is carried out according to the approved design.
- Handle project follow-up from design stage to completion.
- Any other duties related to interior design and renovation projects.
- Diploma / Certificate in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
- Experience in interior design / renovation is preferred.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Enscape or other design software.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Good knowledge of renovation materials and construction processes will be an advantage.
- Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
