Perform facial /lash treatment for customers
Build and establish strong customer relationship
Conduct skin analysis and professional facial treatment according to company standards
Ensure client satisfaction and comfort at the end of each therapy session
Follow-up calls to access, educate, and recommend clients' daily skincare regimen
Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of treatment rooms
Prevent cross-contamination of equipment by cleaning it before and after procedures
Assist in scheduling appointments and providing customer service
Ensure that all product and service suggestions from clients are accurately logged
Keeping good relationships and building a rapport with clients to ensure retention and referrals
