AI Data Scientist

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Data Scientist to support AI-driven business transformation, advanced analytics, automation, and intelligent data solutions. The role involves working with technical, engineering, IT, and business teams to develop AI solutions, generate actionable insights, and automate business processes using modern data and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Design and implement data models for reporting and decision-making.
• Develop automation solutions and scripts using Python.
• Build AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI technologies.
• Work with structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Use Databricks for data processing, analytics, and AI development.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and production-ready AI solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support data quality, governance, and validation activities.
• Evaluate and optimize AI solution performance.
• Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong Python programming and scripting skills.
• Experience in data analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently drive projects from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, OpenAI, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks is an advantage.
• Experience developing AI copilots or enterprise AI applications is preferred.
• Experience with automated reporting, analytics, customer support, operations, or business intelligence data is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data architectures is preferred.
