Job Description

As Business Development Executive at Remobie, you will be responsible for executing frontline activities across assigned retail locations. Your primary role is to coordinate activities with Area Management Lead to support store staff, ensure smooth trade-in operations, and drive trade-in volume through frequent store visits, training, and hands-on assistance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Visits & Frontline Support:

·       Conduct frequent store visits to engage with store staff and assist in trade-in operations.

·       Provide hands-on support for trade-in transactions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

·       Identify and escalate recurring operational issues to the Area Manager.

2. Training & Staff Engagement:

·       Train store staff on trade-in procedures, promotions, and customer handling.

·       Reinforce trade-in best practices to ensure compliance with company policies.

·       Serve as the main point of contact for frontline staff regarding trade-in queries.

3. Store Performance Monitoring:

·       Track store-level trade-in performance and highlight improvement areas.

·       Gather feedback from store teams to improve trade-in execution.

·       Report and align store activities, challenges, and successes to Area Manager and BD Manager.

4. Customer & Market Insights:

·       Gather on-field feedback from store staff on trade-in programs.

·       Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and trade-in adoption.

·       Monitor competitor activities related to trade-ins and provide insights.

5. Data & Reporting

·       Maintain and track BD-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

·       Prepare and compile weekly and monthly reports for brands, tracking trade-in performance and insights.

• Organize and keep records of dealer contracts, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.
