• Lead and oversee daily showroom sales operations.
• Able to manage, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Consultants
• Drive showroom sales performance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
• Ensure timely lead follow-up and high-quality customer engagement throughout the sales journey.
• Maintain showroom discipline, attendance, and operational excellence standards.
• Oversee test drive scheduling and execution to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Management teams to support lead generation and sales campaigns.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience
• Previous experience in a sales leadership or team management role is highly preferred.
• Well verse in understanding of showroom operations, customer engagement, and sales conversion strategies.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
