• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, product specifications, and other requirements.
• Receive and process customer purchase orders and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on production progress and provide customers with updates on order status.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, QC, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to fulfil customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain sales orders, delivery documents, quotations, invoices, and other related documents.
• Monitor delivery arrangements and coordinate with logistics providers and customers.
• Handle product quality issues and coordinate with the QC/Production team for investigation and corrective actions.
• Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and related documentation.
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations and following up on customer requirements.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
