Looking for a kitchen job in a different environment? Join our team at a busy golf driving range in Joo Koon, preparing food for golfers, guests and events.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Handle your assigned kitchen station such as grill, wok, fryer or other sections.
• Support restaurant service, events and buffet preparation.
• Ensure food quality, portioning, presentation and consistency.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and kitchen cleanliness.
• Monitor ingredients, stock levels and food wastage.
• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of relevant kitchen experience
• Culinary qualification or relevant experience.
• Valid WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Experience with buffet or event preparation is an advantage.
• Positive team player with a hands-on attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
