The Role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and creative and hands-on Senior Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience to help build our marketing engine and accelerate customer growth.

This is a high-ownership role covering go-to-market, demand generation, content, product launches, conversion and marketing automation. You’ll have the opportunity to turn ideas into campaigns, test what works and see the direct impact of your work.

What You'll Do

• Go-to-Market: Research markets, customers and competitors to identify growth opportunities and sharpen AVATAi’s positioning.
• Demand Generation: Build campaigns that generate qualified leads, demos, sign-ups and sales opportunities.
• Growth & Conversion: Improve landing pages, email journeys, CTAs and customer funnels through testing and analytics.
• Product Launches: Plan launches, referral campaigns and shareable experiences that drive awareness and adoption.
• Content & Brand: Create compelling content across social, email, video, web and sales channels.
• SEO & AI Discovery: Grow organic visibility through SEO, AEO and GEO initiatives.
• AI & Automation: Use AI, CRM and marketing automation to improve campaign execution, lead nurturing and conversion.
• Analytics: Measure what matters — lead quality, conversion, pipeline, adoption and customer growth.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing or a similar role.
• Proven hands-on experience creating campaigns that generate leads, adoption or sales opportunities.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and analytical skills.
• Comfortable with CRM, marketing automation, AI tools, analytics, SEO and digital campaigns.
• Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Curious, commercially minded and willing to experiment.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
